• Customized treatment planning, aligner ordering and fabrication arrangement
• Non-standard customized aligner fabrication fees
2. Exclusive Items & Additional Charges
• Initial dental consultation & intraoral scanning fee: HK$500; Fully deductible against treatment fees upon confirmation of orthodontic treatment
• Fees for clinically required radiological examinations (OPG, CEPH, CBCT)
• Additional consultation, follow-up and other clinical service fees
• Tooth extraction and any dental services not stated in the official treatment plan
• Extra aligners beyond plan quota: HK$500 per set
• Clinically required IPR (Interproximal Reduction) and attachment bonding: HK$250 per site, subject to clinic’s official pricing
• Treatment restart fees caused by patient factors including but not limited to insufficient aligner wear time, lost aligners, missed follow-ups and failure to submit progress photos as required

3. Payment Confirmation Policy
Prior to formal payment, our clinic will confirm the selected treatment plan, inclusive services, potential additional charges and the final total amount. All treatment terms and pricing are subject to official clinic announcements and dentist’s clinical assessment.
Instructions for wearing invisible alignersTo ensure the corrective effect and oral health, please pay attention to the following matters:
1. Cleaning and Care:
1. Clear Aligner Cleaning:
✔ Before wearing each time, brush gently with a soft-bristled toothbrush and clean water. Do not use toothpaste (easy to wear).
✔ You can use invisible clear aligners cleaning pads to soak and disinfect them regularly.
❌ Avoid soaking in hot water (remember) or alcohol to prevent deformation.
2. Oral hygiene:
✔ Brush and floss after every meal and before putting your clear aligners back on.
❌ Do not eat (except water) while wearing clear aligners to prevent tooth decay or aligners staining.
2. Correct wearing and removal methods:
- When wearing clear aligners please use (bite gum) to bite from left to right to ensure that the clear aligners and tooth veneers are in place.
- To remove the clear aligners, please use the extractor (small hook) to hook the inner side of the tooth and remove it gently (hook from the inside, hook one side first and then the other side). Do not pull too hard to avoid deformation of the clear aligners.
- Replace in order: Strictly follow the replacement cycle of clear aligners prescribed by the doctor (change a pair every 1-2 weeks). After adaptation, you can replace it every 10 days, but each step must be worn for at least 7 days.
3. Wearing time:
- It is recommended to wear it for ≥20 hours a day and remove it only when eating or brushing teeth.
- Record the time each time you take it off to avoid forgetting to wear it.
4. Storage precautions:
- Place the removed clear aligners in a dedicated protective box immediately and do not wrap them with tissue (easy to lose or discard).
- Stay away from high temperature environments (such as heaters, car exposure) to avoid deformation of aligners.
5. Discomfort treatment:
- You may feel a slight soreness and swelling at the beginning of replacing new aligners. This is normal and usually subsides within 3 days.
- If you experience severe pain, persistent discomfort, aligner damage, or attachments falling off, please contact us and your doctor immediately and do not make adjustments on your own.
6. Follow-up consultation and monitoring:
Follow up online regularly according to the appointment time (send us photos of yourself wearing aligners regularly every week), and the doctor will monitor the treatment process, or make an offline appointment with the doctor for a follow-up.
7. Other reminders:
- Carry your clear aligner box with you and develop the habit of "taking off, cleaning, and storing".
- Lost or damaged aligners need to be replaced promptly, which may incur additional costs.
- Avoid smoking and drinking dark drinks (such as coffee and tea) during treatment to prevent staining of the aligners.
Tip: The effectiveness of invisible correction depends on your self compliance! Only by wearing it regularly, keeping it clean, and returning for follow-up visits on time can you effectively achieve your ideal result.
